QBC offers flexible, comprehensive school consultation services designed to meet both the immediate and ongoing needs of school districts. Whether your team is seeking short-term support for a single case or long-term partnership to build district-wide capacity, we tailor our approach to match your goals, staffing structure, and student population.

Our consultation models are grounded in evidence-based practices and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We work alongside educators, school psychologists, special education teams, and administrators to strengthen systems, increase staff confidence, and improve student outcomes.

QBC can provide:

  • Single-Case Consultation: Focused support for individual students, including behavior plan development, staff training, and ongoing guidance.
  • School-Wide Consultation: Collaboration with school teams to build effective behavior systems, train staff, and support classroom management strategies.
  • District-Wide Consultation: Strategic, systems-level support to develop and implement ABA-based programs across multiple schools, including program design and evaluation.
  • BCBA Fill-In Support: Interim coverage or augmentation of district behavior teams when internal staff are unavailable.

We also conduct a wide range of assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Functional Analyses (FA), and skills assessments such as the ABLLS-R and AFLS.
