BCBA/BCaBA Supervision

QBC offers comprehensive supervision services for aspiring and practicing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) who are looking to grow professionally and deepen their impact in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Whether you’re working toward initial certification or continuing to refine your clinical skillset, our supervision model is designed to be practical, personalized, and growth-oriented.

Supervisees at QBC receive individualized, hands-on support from experienced, credentialed BCBAs who are committed to fostering excellence and ethical practice. Our supervision goes beyond the minimum requirements—offering meaningful opportunities for reflection, case conceptualization, and applied learning across a variety of real-world environments.

We ensure our supervisees are exposed to a breadth of clinical experiences, including in-home, school-based, and clinic-based settings, with opportunities to work directly with clients and families under the guidance of a dedicated mentor. Supervision sessions are structured, consistent, and aligned with the current BACB Task List and Ethics Code to ensure readiness for certification and long-term success in the field.

Our supervision services include:

  • BACB-approved fieldwork supervision
  • Access to diverse clinical settings (home, school, clinic)
  • Regular feedback, coaching, and performance-based mentorship
  • Support in ethical decision-making and clinical competency development
  • Collaborative goal setting and professional development planning

At QBC, we don’t just prepare professionals for certification—we build confident, competent, and compassionate behavior analysts who are ready to lead with integrity and make meaningful change.
