Quantum serves individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, emotional / behavioral disabilities, and psychiatric disabilities. We offer in home and center based ABA services, a specialized school program, as well as consultation and student support in public schools.
At Quantum Behavioral Consulting, our mission is to maximize individual potential and increase independence in community participation for people with disabilities, using neurodivergent affirming, trauma informed practices, research validated teaching, and behavioral change procedures.

The Quantum Bridges School Program

QBC’s Quantum Bridges School Program is a small, caring, therapeutic, and neurodivergent-affirming special education placement designed for students who require highly specialized behavioral and emotional support. This program serves students in Grades 2 through transition-aged special education placement who may have high support needs in traditional or specialized school settings.

Center-Based Services

Structured clinic-based learning environments focused on behavioral skill-building and individualized support. Services are offered at our centers in Avon, CT and Springfield, MA.

Hybrid Programming

Our hybrid model combines the structure of in-center sessions with the flexibility of in-school support. This approach allows us to address goals across multiple settings, promoting consistency and faster progress. It’s ideal for families who want a well-rounded, collaborative support plan.

Short-Term & Long-Term School-Based Consultation

Flexible consultation services designed to help schools implement ABA-based systems and solve challenges at the student, school, or district level. Available for both short- and long-term needs.

In-School 1:1 Support

Full-day, in-school 1:1 ABA support delivered by trained Behavior Therapists and RBTs. Supervised by BCBAs and designed to stabilize behavior and promote success in the classroom.

In-Home Services

Personalized ABA therapy delivered at home to build independence and support real-life routines. Services are designed to meet clients where they are—literally and developmentally.

BCBA & BCaBA Supervision

Hands-on mentorship and supervision for aspiring or practicing BCBAs and BCaBAs. Designed to meet BACB requirements while supporting long-term professional growth.

Intensive Toilet Training Program

Evidence-based, trauma-informed toilet training for children, teens, and adults—delivered with respect, patience, and a personalized approach.

Intensive Feeding Program

Individualized feeding therapy that promotes safe, sensory-sensitive mealtime success for children with autism and other developmental needs.

We offer a full range of behavioral and skills-based assessments to guide personalized support. Tools like FBAs, ABLLS-R, and VB-MAPP help shape meaningful goals and interventions.
